Who wouldn’t love to see an apocalypse movie shot and made here in the Philippines? That was what film director and writer Tikoy Aguiluz was doing when the COVID-19 came into the picture.
A movie he was about to shoot in Taal, among all film projects that also got postponed because of this pandemic, got “quarantined,” so to speak.

“Was in pre-prod for a movie, an apocalypse movie set in Taal. We finished our location/ocular inspections in Taal, was ready to start in two weeks when this whole thing started,” he told the Daily Tribune.
